39. Members noted that Representer No. R1 (R1) had tabled photographs and a
2-page document extract, R2 a 6-paged document and Commenter No. 3 (C3) a 3-page
document at <strong>the</strong> meeting.

40. As sufficient notice had been given to invite <strong>the</strong> representers and commenters
to attend <strong>the</strong> hearing, Members agreed to proceed with <strong>the</strong> hearing <strong>of</strong> representations in <strong>the</strong>
absence <strong>of</strong> o<strong>the</strong>r commenters who had indicated that <strong>the</strong>y would not attend or did not reply
to <strong>the</strong> invitation <strong>of</strong> this meeting.
