5.1.1 Load PSA To load data into the SAP BI system, we have to define the source, which provides and extracts the needed data. This process includes the specification of the source system and the DataSource. Figure 5-2 shows a definition of the source system based on a logical SAP system, which represents the client 900. After definition of the DataSource, data can be extracted from this source system. The data will be extracted based on the SAP-provided ALE communicating from the business client of the source system.
