Figure 2-14 shows how the snowflake tables are linked together by dimension<br />

identifiers (DIMIDs) and SIDs. This example shows some rows of snowflake<br />

tables from cube IUSALES. These lists are taken by <strong>using</strong> transaction SE16 <strong>for</strong><br />

the respective table. The red arrows show the linkage of DIMIDs and SIDs from<br />

the E- fact table to the dimension table, from the dimension table to the X-table,<br />

and finally to the S-table of attribute IUPOP.<br />
