select options Delete data and Activate and adjust database. You can use the<br />

Delete data option here because you have already unloaded and saved the data<br />

in a sequential file <strong>using</strong> a <strong>DB2</strong> utility. See Figure 7-10.<br />

During the activate and adjust database, <strong>SAP</strong> is dropping the table and<br />

recreating the tablespace, table, and indexes <strong>using</strong> the new storage parameters,<br />

which tell it to make it a partitioned table. Check the object log to see the DDL<br />

that was executed and the results.<br />

The object log from this example is shown in “Example of an <strong>SAP</strong> object log <strong>for</strong><br />

table-controlled partitioning” on page 125. It shows that table-controlled<br />
