Careity Foundation offers free Mammograms plus Cancer Treatment The Careity Foundation, which hosts the annual NCHA Celebrity Cutting, is staging Careity Day this week to offer cost-free mammograms to economically challenged women in Parker County and Tarrant County (Texas) with a pledge of cost-free treatment - from biopsy through hospitalization, chemotherapy and radiation therapy - for any participant diagnosed with breast cancer.
