<strong>By</strong> <strong>now</strong>, <strong>you</strong> <strong>will</strong> <strong>have</strong> <strong>received</strong> <strong>you</strong>r user ID and temporary password. Enter <strong>you</strong>r user ID and <strong>you</strong>r<br />
8-digit temporary password.<br />
If <strong>you</strong> <strong>have</strong> a question about SuperPass Online Services, or <strong>you</strong> <strong>have</strong> not <strong>received</strong> <strong>you</strong>r user ID and<br />
temporary password, please contact a web representative via email at spinqs@suncor.com.
Change Your Temporary Password<br />
You <strong>will</strong> be prompted to enter a new password. The required format is an alpha-numeric combination<br />
of at least 8 characters beginning with alpha. It is case sensitive.<br />
You <strong>will</strong> also be asked to select a security question and answer. If <strong>you</strong> forget <strong>you</strong>r password and need to<br />
reset it, the security question helps us verify <strong>you</strong>r identity.

If <strong>you</strong> <strong>have</strong> more than one account, <strong>you</strong> <strong>will</strong> be prompted to select an account.<br />
If <strong>you</strong> only <strong>have</strong> one account, <strong>you</strong> <strong>will</strong> move directly to the Home <strong>Page</strong>.
Home <strong>Page</strong><br />
When <strong>you</strong> select the account <strong>you</strong> wish to work on, <strong>you</strong> <strong>will</strong> move to the Home <strong>Page</strong>.
Site Map<br />
The site map can be accessed via the link in the bottom red footer of any page.<br />
Access to the tabs on the top of this page <strong>will</strong> depend on the profile submitted by <strong>you</strong>r Fleet Manager. If<br />
<strong>you</strong> require access, <strong>you</strong>r Fleet Manager must submit a change to <strong>you</strong>r profile using the SuperPass Online<br />
Authorization form found in Account Management > Online Preferences > SuperPass Online<br />
Authorization form.<br />
