Enter non-winning NCEL Ultimate Fan scratchoff
ticket(s) (Game 277) by going to the NCEL
website at www.nc-educationlottery.org and
click on the Lucke-Zone players club link. If
you are not already a registered member of
the Lucke-Zone players club, you must register.
When you are in the Lucke-Zone website, click
on the Second-Chance Drawing tab. On this page
you can go to the Ultimate Fan Second-Chance
Drawing website. Have your non-winning Ultimate
Fan scratch-off ticket(s) ready and follow the
instructions provided. Neither the NCEL nor
any associated vendor will be responsible for
data entry errors by entrants or for delayed,
lost or misdirected electronic submissions made
through the Internet. Entries sent via any other
method, US mail/courier, drop-off, etc., will
not be opened and/or reviewed and will not
qualify. You must have a valid email account
to register for the second-chance drawings.
Computer terminals are available for public use
for this drawing at any NCEL office. Entry into
the drawing is void if prohibited by laws outside
of the State of North Carolina.
All entries in a drawing have an equal chance of
winning a prize.

Drawing dates are subject to change at the sole discretion of the NCEL. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Qualified Entries & Drawing Rules:
1. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years old to play and enter
the second-chance drawings. Guest(s) of Grand Prize Trip Winners
must be at least twelve (12) years or older.
2. An initial valid entry shall consist of one (1) non-winning Ultimate
Fan ticket (Game 277) meeting the validation requirements of
the NCEL.
3. All entries are valid for one (1) drawing only.
4. Players may submit more than one (1) non-winning ticket entry
per drawing, however entrants are eligible to win only once per
drawing.
5. Entries received after the entry deadline date for the first and
second drawing shall be entered into the next scheduled drawing.
Entries received after the drawing deadline for the third (final)
drawing shall be deemed ineligible for the Ultimate Fan Second-
Chance Drawing Promotion.
6. Tickets determined to be in a stolen/missing inventory status or
not part of a valid sold, activated or promotional NCEL inventory
status will be disqualified.
7. Grand Prize Trip Packages won in the Second-Chance Drawing
Promotion are not transferable, assignable or redeemable for
cash unless otherwise specified or required by law.
8. If required, the NCEL/MDI Entertainment may substitute a prize
of equal or greater quality.
9. Non-selected entries shall be deleted per the NCEL’s retention
and destruction schedule.
10. All drawing entries are subject to validation by the NCEL or its
designee and may be disqualified if eligibility requirements are
not met.
11. Participating entry holders are subject to all NCEL Rules and
Regulations, the Lottery Act, the NCEL drawing procedures and
any applicable laws outside the State of North Carolina affecting
the Promotion.
12. Employees of the NCEL, GTECH Corporation, GTECH Printing
Corporation, Scientific Games International, MDI Entertainment,
LLC, NASCAR, Archer Travel, and Trone, Inc. are prohibited from
participating in the Second-Chance Drawing Promotion. This
prohibition shall also apply to any employees of companies that
are associated with the game development and or drawing process
in any way.
13. Tickets may continue to be sold after the last second-chance
drawing based on availability of other cash prizes.
14. Under no condition will the NCEL accept mail-in or hand-delivered
entries.
15. This promotion and/or any parts thereof, including the award of
any prizes, is void where prohibited by laws outside the State of
North Carolina.

Selecting the NASCAR® Ultimate Fan
Experience Winners
Three (3) Ultimate Fan Experience secondchance
drawings will be conducted to select six
(6) winners. Two (2) winners will be selected in
each of the second-chance drawings from the
eligible entries received for that drawing. Each
of the six (6) winners will select their Ultimate
Fan Experience package from the three (3) options
listed below. Option 1 and Option 2 come
with a choice of racetracks.
OPTION 1:
NASCAR® Sanctioned Race –
VIP/Suite Seating Experience
• A five-day, four-night trip for the winner
and one guest (2) to the winner’s choice of an
official NASCAR® Sanctioned Race for the
2012 or 2013 season (depending on the
timing of the event). Winners can choose
from VIP trips listed in the table below;
• Two (2) first class, round trip tickets on a
major airline to and from an international
airport;
• One (1) deluxe hotel room for four (4) nights
lodging;
• Transportation to and from the destination
airport and between the hotel and the
racetrack;
• One pair of Club level tickets for all
NASCAR® Sanctioned Races during your
race weekend including available food and
beverages;

NASCAR® Sanctioned Race Trip -
Infield/Motor Coach Experience
• A four-day, three-night trip for the winner and
up to 3 guests (2) to the winner’s choice of an
official NASCAR® Sanctioned Race for the 2012
or 2013 season. Winners can choose from Infield/Motor
Coach trips listed in the table below;
• Four (4) coach class, round trip tickets on a
major airline to and from an international airport;
• Transportation to and from the destination
airport and the racetrack;
• Three-night’s accommodations in a preferred
infield location. RV’s have three (3) to four (4)
pop out sides depending on the models utilized
and track location with sleeping accommodations
for 4 to 6 people with a Stateroom and
fold out couch and convertible dinettes in the
salon area;
• NASCAR Sprint Cup Series
Awards Ceremony TM
(Las Vegas, NV)
• Camp side entertainment package including DJ
Equipment, gaming systems and TV’s;
• Four (4) tickets for all weekend races are
included (4) ;
• All food, snacks and beverages are included;
• “VIP passes” (3) ;

one guest to the end of season NASCAR
Sprint Cup Series Awards CeremonyTM for the
2012 season;
• Two (2) first class, round trip tickets on a major
airline to and from an international airport to
Las Vegas;
• Transportation via limousine between the
destination airport, the hotel and the award
ceremony;
• One (1) first-class hotel room for five 5-nights
lodging;
• Two (2) tickets to the awards ceremony;
• $4,000 cash for spending money;
• Two (2) prize packages of officially licensed
NASCAR® merchandise
• One (1) Ultimate Driving School Experience at
winner’s choice of one (1) out of any driving
school location. Winners will drive a 600hp
NASCAR® racecar for 30 laps around the track
of their choice. Trip includes coach airfare to
track of winner’s choice for one (1) person,
two-nights hotel accommodations, and
transportation (Note: this trip is separate from
the trip to the NASCAR® Sanctioned Race or
Event and will be taken at a different date).
(1) Total value of each Grand Prize is $30,000 which includes
required minimum Federal and State Tax Withholdings.
(2) Winner’s guest must be 12 or older to participate in the
grand prize trip.
(3) Each “VIP passes” will vary depending on pre-arranged
agreements with the individual tracks or events.
(4) Las Vegas races cannot be viewed from the infield, so
four (4) grandstand tickets for Friday and Saturday races
and four (4) Suite level tickets for the Sunday race will
be provided.
HOW DO I CLAIM MY PRIZE?
Ultimate Fan Experience trip winners will be
notified by the NCEL by phone and email via the
contact information provided at the time of entry.
Upon notification, the winner will have thirty (30)
business days from the date of notification to claim
their prize or an Alternate Entry holder will be used.
All reasonable attempts to contact the winner will
be made using the contact information provided
prior to the use of an Alternate Entry holder. All
winners will be required to complete a NCEL Winner
Claim Form, provide proper proof of ID and pass
all validation checks prior to claiming their prize.
Winners will be posted on the NCEL entry website
once all winners have been verified.
Prize winners must commit and return all prize
selection paperwork within forty-five days (45) of
receiving it from the prize fulfillment company, MDI,
or an alternate prize winner shall be selected by
the NCEL. All Ultimate Fan Experience Grand Prize
Trips are subject to change and availability based
upon the 2012 and 2013 race schedule.
