CLi started work on the “Green Wood” residential project<br />

located on the Kirchberg plateau, and marketing of the<br />

26 luxury apartments is proceeding satisfactorily.<br />

The land in Strassen, acquired in 2005 by CLi, and currently<br />

housing the head offices of CLE, CLi and Sogesmaint-<br />

CBRE Luxembourg, is currently the subject of a building<br />

permit application, in compliance with the current urban<br />

planning regulations, for an office building to be built in two<br />

phases, each phase consisting of approximately 5,500 m 2 .<br />

CLi is currently looking at several major project acquisi-<br />

tions, primarily in the residential market, with a view to<br />

engaging in real estate development activities in the Grand<br />

Duchy, where the market remains solid.<br />

Architect<br />

Again in Luxembourg, <strong>CFE</strong> Immo has completed the sale<br />

of the company that owned the “Dôme” building near the<br />

central railway station in Luxembourg.<br />

The building, which is currently more than two thirds<br />

leased, completes the new Espace Pétrusse neighbourhood<br />

that also consists of two office complexes, a hotel block<br />

and two residential buildings, also in the final phase<br />

of construction. Co-developed with VINCI Real Estate<br />

and built by CLE under the technical supervision of<br />

Construction Management, the success of this major<br />

project in Luxembourg, is also a wonderful example of a<br />

profitable synergy both within the <strong>CFE</strong> group and with the<br />

VINCI group.<br />

To my mind, project management consists of applying the<br />

basic raw material for building construction: human skills.<br />
