The total of intangible assets acquired amounts to 2,717 thousand Euro and is mainly related to concessions costs related to
a quarry in the Middle East for an amount of 2,674 thousand Euro. The rest is related to software expenses. Amortizations on
intangible assets are recognized under heading “depreciations” in the income statement.
Amortizations on intangible assets amount to 397 thousand Euro.
All the intangible assets responding to the IAS 38 definitions – Intangible assets are recognized if and only if future economic
benefits are probable.
