11.3. It is recommended that the company should<br />
disclose to its shareholders the level of fees paid to the<br />
firm of auditors for non-audit services rendered to the<br />
company. This information should be also known to the<br />
company’s supervisory board and, where it is not<br />
formed, the company’s board upon their consideration<br />
which firm of auditors to propose for the general<br />
