constricted, sinus narrowly linear; semicells trapeziform, apex straight or slightly convex,
lateral margin slightly convex and furnished with short spines equidistantly disposed,
with the intermarginal spines irregularly disposed, 3-5 scrobiculations disposed in the
centre of the semicell. This variety is distinguished from the typical form by the sharp
marginal spines and the central scrobiculations. St. 49. Indonesia (Java, Sumatra). New
to Thailand.
