MARCHING BAND FESTIVAL: MMS (Philgreen/Stogdill) to approve a 3-year agreement
with Jolesch Photography to provide photo memorabilia for the IHSMA Marching Band
Festival. PASSED
ASSOCIATION CONCERNS: The director provided an update on the work of the K-16
Music Curriculum Summit and Iowa Core Curriculum Conference. The director provided
an update on the IHSMA Reserve Fund. MMS (Stogdill/Phillgreen) to approve the following
meeting dates for the 2012-2013 school year: October 18, 2012 (Executive Committee
and DAG); January 24, 2013 (Executive Committee); April 23, 2013 (Executive
Committee and DAG); and July (TBD), 2013 (Executive Committee). The joint meeting
between the IHSMA Executive Committee and IMEA Executive Board will be coordinated
