Advance all the necessary funds and purchase or lease all the required
equipments, supplies and materials,
Furnish all technical aids, including foreign personnel,
Furnish such other funds, including to the relevant foreign third
parties,
Be responsible for the preparation and execution of the work
programme,
Conduct an environmental baseline assessment at the beginning of the
activities,
Take the necessary precaution for the protection of ecological system,
navigation and fishing and shall prevent extensive pollution of the area, sea or
rivers and others.
After the contract expires, remove all equipments and installations
from the area in a manner acceptable to Pertamina and perform all the
necessary site restoration activities,
Include in the annual budget of operating costs the estimates of the
anticipated abandonment and site restoration costs,
Include an abandonment and site restoration programme in any
development for each commercial discovery.
Submit to Pertamina copies of all such original geological, geophysical,
drilling, well, production and other data and reports as it may compile during
the term of the contract.
Prepare and carry out programs for industrial training and education
of Indonesians for all job classification.
