1. Always make all the component connections BEFORE applying any power to the transformer (Parallel or Serial).<br />

Plugging or unplugging the fixtures while power is applied will more than likely damage the light and it will no<br />

longer work.<br />

2. Serial products require that the small “terminators” be in place if not being used in the transformer. Removing<br />

these (see diagram with “X”) will make the circuit “open” and then none of the lights will function. (think of a<br />

string of the old Holiday tree lights where if you removed one light, then all the lights would go out. In the unlikely<br />

case that one of the serial LED lights should burn out then the circuit would “burn” closed and the remaining<br />

lights will stay on anyway.<br />

3. Each Serial light has these small “terminators” too since they can be linked together like a chain and any must<br />

be inserted when a connection is not being used.
