Series A-RS TOP
Series A-RS ToP - Screw-type compressor units of up to 15 kw with very little footprint
- more quiet, efficient and easy to maintain
· Small design thus less footprint
· Belt tension is performed using a pivoting
motor base instead of a belt tensioning
equipment
· Optimized power transmission by improved
enlacement of the belt around the disc
· Reduced running noise by using a lagged
V-belt, thus less noisy
· Equipped with an optionally available noise
insulation box it is possible to further reduce
the noise by about 4 dB
(from 64 to 60 dB)
· Optimum attachment of the oil controller valve
· The optional AIRTRONIC control is a technically
matured intelligent freely programmable
controller system to enter, monitor and
visualize the parameters and functions which
are important for operation.
New
and exclusive use of high temperature hoses
with high quality precision hydraulic screwed
connections thus more easy to maintain
· external fine separator
· Electro pneumatic control,
star-delta protective combination (from 5.5 kW
on), full load-idle run intermittent operation
· Optional with rotary direction control
over phase-sequence relay
· Options to connect inlet and outlet channels
for heat usage are available
· Ready-to-connect with ball valve

AIRTRONIC with display
· For series A-RSD TOP a durable protection
against corrosion due to a hot-dip galvanized
vessel with a 15-year guarantee against rustthrough
· With a well accessible hand hole on
the vessel, for an easy accessibility for
maintenance and MOT checks
