EasyTRonIC control
The intelligent operating,
controlling and monitoring system
The clear operating panel incl. digital display allows
control of the functions necessary for the startup
and switching off of the compressor. Possible
malfunctions of the device and information with
regard to the operating times and the handling of
the maintenance works are displayed. The control
EasyTRONIC II is equipped with pressure sensor
operation and rotation direction control for the motor
as standard. Thus damages during commissioning
or after relocations are avoided.

perform a service or that a malfunction
occurred.

Adjustable parameters:
Hours of early warning: An hour counter
which is freely programmable automatically
performs the countdown of the operating
hours. At the 0 position the control unit
switches to alarm "Maintenance". In this way
the maintenance interval monitoring of oil, oil
filter, air filter and oil fine separator is being
performed.
Alarm index:
Calling the last 30 alarms
Directly coupled screw compressors from 5.5 to
15 kW, also available with refrigerant dryer and
compressed air container
Temperature early warning: Temperature
delta (in °C) is set in comparison
to the highest alarm temperature
Maximum and minimum temperature:
indicate the lowest and highest temperature
(can be set from -14°C to 150°C ). It is set to a
minimum temperature of -7°C and a maximum
temperature of 110°C at the factory.
The idle running relief phase
of the compressor can be set
from 20 to 250 seconds
Pressure sensor: enables the analogue
input ( 4-20 mA ) of the control. The pressure
sensor of the compressor is connected to this
analogue input.
It also monitors the internal pressure.

adjustable delta “p“ for the minimum
pressure
Maximum pressure: can be set from 0 to 15
bars
Maximum alarm pressure: controls the
admissible maximum pressure at which the
alarm of the control unit is activated.
Inverter: When activating this parameter
on speed control compressors the control
detects the inverter and controls the
volume flow depending on the pressure by
modifying the speed of the motor resp. of the
compressor.
