Series A
Screw-type compressors for efficient continuous operation!
The range of output ranges from 4.0 to 30
kW at an end pressure of 8, 10 and 13 bars.
During the planning phase mainly the energy
efficiency, low maintenance costs as well as
the installation and user friendliness of the
devices were in the foreground
The compressors are specially designed
for continuous operation and suitable for
operations which have a continued air
requirement, but however want a compact
device with reduced noise level and low
operating cost.
Advantages of the Aircraft ® screw-type
compressors
· Easy to maintain thus optimum
accessibility and easy disassembly and
assembly of all important components
· Super sound insulation of almost all
types as standard allowing installation in
sensitive rooms
· Little external dimensions, thus easy
transport and installation
· Optimum operating temperatures due to
thermostatic controlled fan (except for
series PLUS), optimum cooling air guidance
and largely dimensioned heat exchanger,
thus longer durability, minor variations of
the oil temperature as with thermostatic
control
· Compressors are controlled by means of
pressure sensors and the electronic control
EasyTRONIC
· With rotating direction control for the
motor as standard, thus avoiding eventual
damages when commissioning or after
relocation
· With star delta switch as standard
· Also available with frequency control for
active energy saving
Energy saving with frequency controlled compressors
Based on the frequency converter technology
the delivery quantity is of the compressors
are adapted to the actual consumption.
The electronic control monitors the motor
and compressor speed and keeps the
network pressure constant. The user obtains
advanced technology on smallest space.
· Active energy saving
· Ideal for frequently alternating compressed
· The speed controlled compressors attain
a maximum of efficiency and keep the
network pressure at a constant level, even
in case of strongly fluctuating consumption.
