The CLEARPOINT water separator (2) is also
directly downstreamed to the screw-type
compressor (1) for 99% pre-deposition of
water.
The compressed air will then arrive in the
pressure vessel (3) which is equipped with a
level-controlled condensate drain (4).

From the vessel it flows over a fine filter (6) to
the compressed air refrigerant type dryer (7).
Depending on the requirement, a nanofilter
(8) follows to drain finest particles and active
carbon filters (9) to drain oil vapors, scents
and flavor additives.
Also screw-type and piston compressors can
be used combined in one system in order to
cover peak loads.
