wDS - Maintenance-free continuouslubrication
· In the WDS system, a piston made of Teflon takes over the task of a
standard steel piston
· Lubrication with mineral oil is renounced
The advantages of the lubricating system
“wDS”
· It is not necessary to change oil or to control the oil level
· Reasonable solution by few and simple components
· Maintenance-free
· Ideal solution at low compressed air requirement

HDS - High performance-continuouslubricating
system
· The system has been developed for the hard continuous use when
oil-free and clean compressed air is required
· large piston mounted movable on bearings in order balance the
wobbling motion, thus up to 60% more performance compared to
tipping piston systems
· on type bX the movement of the piston is performed axial similar
to an opposed cylinder engine - patented technique for significantly
reduced wear (refer to the right picture at the top)
· Cylinder faces with high-precision and micro smooth surface to
provide minimum friction
· The high-performance piston resp. -piston ring made of a special
mixture of graphite, Teflon and carbon has a much higher lifetime
than the piston made of Teflon
The advantages of the lubricating system “HDS”
· Up to 50 times the service life and cycle compared to standard
maintenance-free systems with wobbling piston
· The large surface cooling fins in connection with the cylinder
manufactured out of one piece provide an optimum heat dissipation
· Maintenance-free
· Ideal if oil-free and clean compressed air is required for the daily use
