Manufacturing of connections without tools
The plug connection guarantees a continuous, safe and tight connection from
the tube to the connector. They are ideal in the use of complex tubing systems
as well as schooling and testing facilities, where the connections are often
detached and joined again. Due to different transfer options it is easily possible
to change respectively renew existing tube systems.

The range of products is manufactured from an acetalcopolymer
(POM) and consists of the connecting member, retaining elements
with stainless steel teeth as well as NBR-O-rings for sealing. The
connector can be mounted and demounted without using tools. The
connection sticks before it seals!

Creating the connection of the Ø 15 - 22 mm system
Cut the tube rectangularly and without burr. Make sure that the
tube does not show any sharp edges, longitudinal works or other
damages. Plug the tube in up to the limit stop. The retaining
member fixes the tube in the connector. With the help of the O-ring a
continuously sealed connection is produced.

Controlling the connection by back drawing
Check if the tube is plugged in safely.
This is simply done by drawing back.

Detaching a connection of the Ø 15 - 22 mm system
Check if the system is de pressurised. Then, respectively remove the
tube by pushing back the retaining member.
Built according to CE directives
The 28 mm system consists of the connector body, retaining elements
with stainless steel teeth and NBR-O-rings. The retaining system is
secured by additional screw caps and a compression of the O-rings on
the tube is guaranteed. The connector can be mounted and demounted
without using tools. The connection sticks before it seals!

Creating the connection of the Ø 28 mm system
As for the other sizes here it is also possible to produce a safe connection
by simply plugging in the tube. See procedure at the left "Creating the
connection". Additionally the retaining system is secured by a 1/4 turn
of the screw caps (2 click noises) and a pressing of the O-rings on the tube
surface is guaranteed.

Detaching the connection of the Ø 28 mm system
In order to detach the tube plug-in connection turn the screw cap
1/4 turn anticlockwise. Now the connection is unlocked and may be
detached by pressing the holding element. See procedure at the left
"Detaching a connection".
