Condensate drain
In the compressed air generation and processing,
the accumulation of condensate is inevitable.
It contains oil and it is often charged with dirt
particles.
with 1'500.000 installations, the bEKoMAT ® is
the worldwide standard for the reliable and costefficient
draining of these condensates without
unnecessary loss of compressed air.
As condensate accumulates irregularly depending
on the season and daytime resp. on the work-load
of the compressor, the BEKOMAT ® amortizes with
its capacitive sensor compared to time-controlled
drain valves often within six months.

Features and advantages:

Function
· The condensate is accumulated in the collection
recipient of the drain.
· A capacitive sensor measures the water level of
the condensate. At maximum level, a membrane
opens by which the condensate is drained off
due to the system pressure.
· The membrane is closed before the compressed
air may escape.

ÖwAMAT ®
Condensate preparator
· The incidenting condensate is waste, charged
with oil portions of up to 10'000 mg/l.
· ÖWAMAT ® 10 and ÖWAMAT ® 11 are reliable
oil-water separations and are approved by the
building authorities of the Institute for Building
Technology, Berlin.
· The processing on site with ÖWAMAT ® is
in any case more cost-efficient than the costly
waste disposal by specialized companies.
Simple gravity separators (oil separators)
are not appropriate for the processing of
condensates from compressed air units.
As additional function the
ÖWAMAT ® 11 disposes of 11
lateral level indicators for
optical monitoring of the
filter
