The thread connection of the CLEARPOINT ®<br />

<strong>compressed</strong> <strong>air</strong> filter are larger dimensions.<br />

Energy-consuming neckings are therefore part of<br />

the history. Also in the combination of several<br />

CLEARPOINT ® <strong>compressed</strong> <strong>air</strong> filters, the full crosssection<br />

will be maintained.<br />

profitability. The new flow-optimized inlet<br />

helps you to safe on money.<br />

CLEARPOINT ® Filter elements are being used<br />

without cross-section reducing and disturbing<br />

tie rods. On the one hand it reduces the flow<br />

resistance and in furthermore reduces the space<br />

which is required to replace the elements to<br />

one third - this is particularly advantageous for<br />

cramped spaces. The innovative Push-Fit design<br />

of the elements allows simple and<br />

quick replacement.<br />

The hollow room volume of the borosilicate<br />

filter material of 96% provides for least loss of<br />

pressure. Usual filter material made of sintered<br />

polyethylene only possesses a hollow room<br />

volume of 45%. This way, the free cross-section<br />

surface for CLEARPOINT ® filters is double<br />

compared to common filters for the following<br />

through.<br />

Common filter media are often hydrophilic: The<br />

fibres are swelling and are this way reducing the<br />

available hollow room volume. Consequently the<br />

filters are clogging and the loss of pressure is<br />

increasing by which also the operating cost are<br />

increasing.<br />

The material of the CLEARPOINT ® filter elements is<br />

therefore waterproofed by default.<br />

The compressors are taking in dirt particles,<br />

hydrocarbons and micro fine dust together with<br />

the environmental <strong>air</strong>. This way, a large part of the<br />

harmful substances is arriving in the <strong>compressed</strong> <strong>air</strong>.<br />

However, most applications require pure <strong>compressed</strong><br />

<strong>air</strong>. AIRCRAFT ® is offering the appropriate<br />

<strong>compressed</strong> <strong>air</strong> filter<br />

The coating of ClEARPoInT ® filter housings<br />

The condensate which is dropping out during the<br />

<strong>compressed</strong> <strong>air</strong> filtration<br />

is almost in any case aggressive so that the<br />

unprotected housings will corrode. CLEARPOINT ®<br />

filter housings are made of water-resistant<br />

aluminium and in addition anodized at the inside.<br />

This will increase the operational reliability, since<br />

corrosion can not take place on the clean <strong>air</strong><br />

side. In addition the continuously smooth surface<br />

reduces the flow resistance.<br />

The safe locking mechanism offers a 100% control<br />

when opening the filter housing. If the housing<br />

is opened up under pressure, a warning signal<br />

resounds.<br />

The needle felt drainage layer<br />

which is installed by default is thermally highresistant<br />

compared to the foam used for other<br />

filter models (up to 120°C), mechanically high<br />

resilient, chemically resistant and in addition<br />

silicone-free. Connected with the stable<br />

construction of the filter element it is not possible<br />

that the draining layer would blow up or break.<br />

The continuous of the whole filter surface is being<br />

guaranteed.<br />
