Extract the condensate from your compressed air:
Efficient with a high degree of separation and
reliable in operation
If the compressed air cools down in after-coolers
of compressors and in refrigeration dryers water
will automatically condensate in doing so - with
cost-increasing results:
Piping will corrode, pneumatic valves, cylinders
and tools are early wearing and the efficiency of
the compressed air system is being reduced. The
result are increasing cost for the compressed air
generation and insufficient process reliability.
The less the flow resistance,
the more optimum are the operating cost
The connections need to be best possible
adapted to the outlet of the compressor. For
mounted threaded pipes, the connection is flush.
No flow resistance will occur due to redundant,
cost-increasing necking.
Inlets which are advantageous for the flow to the
spin disk and curved compressed air outlet.
An innovative flow straightener will optimize the
formation of the cyclone flow.
High degree of separation
After the inlet of the compressed air into the
CLEARPOINT ® separator housing, it impinges a
special spin insert which
put the incoming air flow in a special rotation
movement at high speed.
Efficiency of the water separation in %
The rotation power directed to the exterior will
guide the condensate drops to the separator wall
where they are flowing to a collection room.
Due to the flow-optimized type, an efficiency of
more than 99% is being achieved over a large
volume spectrum. This results in highest
separation rates at lowest cost.

A specially designed immersion pipe avoids the
particle transfer to the cleaned compressed air
which is directed upwards in a rotation flow. This
means process reliability at highest level for all
following units in the compressed air system such
as filters and dryers.
A screening of the collection room which had
specially been developed for the CLEARPOINT ®
will calm down the air flow in this area in order
to avoid dispersing and carrying away of already
separated liquids efficiently.
More than 60% of all condensates already occur
in the water separator. The electronic levelcontrolled
BEKOMAT ® provides for the common
reliable discharge. Compared to a leakagesensitive
float drain, the additional cost in
procuring will often pay off within only 2 months.
