Extract the condensate from your <strong>compressed</strong> <strong>air</strong>:<br />

Efficient with a high degree of separation and<br />

reliable in operation<br />

If the <strong>compressed</strong> <strong>air</strong> cools down in after-coolers<br />

of compressors and in refrigeration dryers water<br />

will automatically condensate in doing so - with<br />

cost-increasing results:<br />

Piping will corrode, pneumatic valves, cylinders<br />

and tools are early wearing and the efficiency of<br />

the <strong>compressed</strong> <strong>air</strong> system is being reduced. The<br />

result are increasing cost for the <strong>compressed</strong> <strong>air</strong><br />

generation and insufficient process reliability.<br />

The less the flow resistance,<br />

the more optimum are the operating cost<br />

The connections need to be best possible<br />

adapted to the outlet of the compressor. For<br />

mounted threaded pipes, the connection is flush.<br />

No flow resistance will occur due to redundant,<br />

cost-increasing necking.<br />

Inlets which are advantageous for the flow to the<br />

spin disk and curved <strong>compressed</strong> <strong>air</strong> outlet.<br />

An innovative flow straightener will optimize the<br />

formation of the cyclone flow.<br />

High degree of separation<br />

After the inlet of the <strong>compressed</strong> <strong>air</strong> into the<br />

CLEARPOINT ® separator housing, it impinges a<br />

special spin insert which<br />

put the incoming <strong>air</strong> flow in a special rotation<br />

movement at high speed.<br />

Efficiency of the water separation in %<br />

The rotation power directed to the exterior will<br />

guide the condensate drops to the separator wall<br />

where they are flowing to a collection room.<br />

Due to the flow-optimized type, an efficiency of<br />

more than 99% is being achieved over a large<br />

volume spectrum. This results in highest<br />

separation rates at lowest cost.<br />

A specially designed immersion pipe avoids the<br />

particle transfer to the cleaned <strong>compressed</strong> <strong>air</strong><br />

which is directed upwards in a rotation flow. This<br />

means process reliability at highest level for all<br />

following units in the <strong>compressed</strong> <strong>air</strong> system such<br />

as filters and dryers.<br />

A screening of the collection room which had<br />

specially been developed for the CLEARPOINT ®<br />

will calm down the <strong>air</strong> flow in this area in order<br />

to avoid dispersing and carrying away of already<br />

separated liquids efficiently.<br />

More than 60% of all condensates already occur<br />

in the water separator. The electronic levelcontrolled<br />

BEKOMAT ® provides for the common<br />

reliable discharge. Compared to a leakagesensitive<br />

float drain, the additional cost in<br />

procuring will often pay off within only 2 months.<br />
