Already during the planning phase our technical department intervenes
in the development of new products which are manufactured at
our facility as well as at the facilities of our partners. This way,
all marketing influences and customer requirements are entering
immediately where the future direction for a successful product
design is set.
Future-oriented development
AIRCRAFT ® products are always enhanced by looking ahead. The
development work is performed with most modern 3D-CAD software
by developing a virtual machine model. At this, beside the optimum
functionality of the development also the reusablity of the data is
taken into account.

Manufacturing and supplier support
AIRCRAFT ® produces a major part of its compressors in their own
production in Austria. Regular working discussions of our technicians
contribute in transferring new developments and enhancements
target-oriented in the serial production at the production site. This
direct support at our production sites is indispensable in order to
manufacture quality products in which our customers trust since
almost 20 years.
Practical trials
The knowledge of our technicians combines theory and practice. In
order that nothing is left to chance regarding the product satisfaction,
application-specific tests are performed on all machines and tools.
This way, any new product firstly has to prove itself during everyday
work before it is becoming a firm part of our range of products. The
technical analysis helps us to discover and remove remaining weak
points.
