We understand that your situation is unique, and Dow Corning continues to offer a benefits package that
is flexible – one that can be shaped and molded by you, to fit your needs.
A number of options for Dental, Medical, and Vision coverage are available to you. In addition, Optional
Life, Dependent Life, Accidental Death and Dismemberment and Long-Term Disability Insurance
programs offer varying coverage levels for employees and their covered dependents*. Other benefits
offer still more choices – Flexible Spending Accounts, savings plans, the Legal Plan, and a host of
educational and family-oriented programs give you the opportunity to focus your benefits where you need
them the most.
This enrollment booklet is a summary description of your Dow Corning benefit plans. If there is a
discrepancy between these summaries and the Summary Plan Documents (SPDs), the SPDs shall prevail.
This booklet and plan summaries do not constitute a contract of employment.
