Attention to detail – or more precisely, to technical details - is
typical of NIVONA products. The small details combine to make

These fi ve technical refi nements make NIVONA machines unique

1. The NIVONA AROMATICA-SYSTEM. The dynamic brewing
chamber ensures that fewer bitters get into the coffee. After grinding,
the coffee grains are compressed in the brewing chamber and
then rinsed with water, releasing more fl avour. The result is milder,
with more aroma and fl avour. All with a consistent quality.

2. Cleaning and descaling. This is necessary for hygiene reasons
in the case of fully automated machines and in order to ensure
that the machine works perfectly every time it is used. At NIVONA
we have included extensively automated programs which regularly
remove any coffee residues and limescale from the machine.
3. The ‘Spumatore’. This produces steam, creating a wonderful
milk foam or water for hot drinks. Directly in the cup or glass –
nothing else is needed. Simply place the tube attachment into the
milk and you’re away.

4. The removable brewing unit. Depending on how often it is used,
the interior of fully automatic machines should be cleaned from time
to time to remove coffee residues and prevent mould from developing.
This is very easy to do with NIVONA machines, as the
entire brewing unit can be removed and rinsed with clean water.
5. The display operating controls. We have put a lot of effort into
making this element user-friendly. The structure of the displays is
easy to understand, can be used intuitively and is structured simply,
logically and ergonomically.
