Statement of the Grounds of decision listed below issued pursuant to Rules 27 and 61 of the Trade Mark<br />
Rules, 1996 available for inspection in the Kilkenny Information Centre and in the Dublin <strong>Office</strong>.<br />
Application by MOLKEREI ALOIS MÜLLER GMBH & CO for the registration of a three-dimensional<br />
shape as a trade mark in Classes 29 and 30 on the 9 March, 2001.<br />

Notice is hereby given that Applications for the Registration of the undermentioned trade marks have been<br />
accepted.<br />
Any person who desires to oppose the registration of these trade marks may within three months from the<br />
date of this Journal give notice to the Controller, <strong>Patents</strong> <strong>Office</strong>, Government Buildings, Hebron Road,<br />
Kilkenny, in accordance with the provisions of Rule 18.<br />
It should be noted that under the provisions of Rule 63(2) no extension of the opposition period is allowed<br />
