signaling that controls mammalian immune and stress<br />
responses. Using computational modeling, I aim to con-<br />
nect biochemical results from in vitro studies and from<br />
genetically altered cells and mice. Constructing a computational<br />
model of this signaling pathway leads to quantitative<br />
understanding, novel hypotheses, and exploration<br />
of novel therapeutic agents for a host of human diseases.<br />
