1. Overview
This build contains one new BAT task, and improvements and fixes to
many tasks. It also discusses several non-BAT-related tasks which
are delivered by the BAT team.
All unit tests pass, and are based on a *NEW* version of the
BAT CALDB, which can be found as described below.
