for <strong>the</strong> construction <strong>of</strong> launches and torpedo boats; and a<br />

naval contract with <strong>the</strong> Clute bro<strong>the</strong>rs <strong>of</strong> Schenectady, N.Y.,<br />

for six picket boats designed by Wood.<br />
