Telenomus nigriscapus Ashmead, 1893, pp. 143, 147.<br />

Lectotype female, LISNM no. 2213; Agricultural College, Michigan,<br />

A. J. Cook; well preserved except that last 3 segments of right an-<br />

tenna are missing. One male paralectotype.<br />

Telenomus noctuae Ashmead<br />

T elenomus noctuae Ashmead, 1893, pp. 143, 148.<br />

Lectotype female, USNM no. 8266; District of Columbia, June 1880,<br />

from eggs of an unknown noctuid; well preserved. Many paralecto-<br />

types (males and females), 1 on the same card with the lectotype,<br />

which is indicated by a red-ink mark.<br />

Telenomus opacus (Howard)<br />

Thoron opacus Howard, 1889c, p. 268.<br />

Holotype male, USNM no. 1481; Los Angeles, Calif., July 21, 1884,<br />

"from Icerya purchasi Maskell," D. W. Coquillett; mounted on a<br />

slide, thorax somewhat damaged. Unique.<br />

Telenomus orgyiae Fitch<br />

T elenomus orgyiae Fitch, 1863, p. 679.<br />

Lectotype female, USNM no. 1839; Albany, N.Y., from egg of Orgyia<br />

antiqua (Linnaeus); damaged by pin. The <strong>National</strong> <strong>Museum</strong> has only<br />

1 specimen but apparently Fitch had more before him when he de-<br />

scribed the species.<br />

P hanurus ovivorus Ashmead, 1893, p. 140.<br />

Lectotype female, USNM no. 2210; District of Columbia, Sept. 10, 1885,<br />

from heteropterous eggs, C. V. Riley; well preserved. Three para-<br />

lectotypes (1 male and 2 females).<br />

Prophanurus pacificus Gahan, 1925, p. 105.<br />

Holotype female, USNM no. 26772; Los Banos, Philippines, from eggs<br />

of hemipteron on rice, A Rowan; well preserved. Three female para-<br />

types.
