REGISTRATION NUMBER. Enter the registration number in ink, if the equipment has one assigned, or the serial number.<br />

ADMINISTRATION NO. Enter the equipment’s administration number (bumper or locally assigned number). If the equipment does not<br />

have an assigned administration number (bumper or locally assigned number), pencil, none assigned in this block.<br />

NOMENCLATURE. Ink entry.<br />

1. Enter the noun abbreviation of the system.<br />

2. Enter the word system (B1) below the noun.<br />

3. Enter the ECCs and LIN of the system below the word system (B2) or system (B1). ECCs appear in table B18. LINs are in the FED<br />

LOG. Use the exact nomenclature format listed in AR 700–138.<br />

MODEL. Enter the model number of the primary item of the system; for example, M1009. Use the exact model format listed in AR<br />

700–138. Ink entry.<br />

ASSIGNED TO. Enter the name of the unit or organization owning the equipment in pencil.<br />

REMARKS. List each Equip End Item in the system, if any. <strong>The</strong> TM identifies what the Equip End Items are. Enter the serial numbers or<br />

other identifying number in pencil beside the Equip End Items.<br />

DATE RECEIVED. Leave blank or use as needed locally.<br />

RECEIVED FROM. Leave blank or use as needed locally.<br />

DISPOSITION. Leave blank or use as needed locally.<br />

DATE BLOCKS. Show day-by-day breakout of NMC time. Mark the days in the date block.<br />
