ADMIN NUMBER. Self-explanatory.<br />

SERIAL NUMBER. Serial number of item or piece of equipment.<br />

MODEL. Self-explanatory.<br />

LIN. Line item number of the item or piece of equipment.<br />

ORG WON (work order number). <strong>The</strong> ULLS-generated organizational work order number.<br />

DOCUMENT NUMBER. <strong>The</strong> document number that identifies the part ordered. This defaults to a fault sequence number when the<br />

parts are received.<br />

NAR DATE. This displays the not available reason code (NAR) (see the ULLS electronic user’s manual for a list of these codes) and<br />

the date of this code.<br />

NIIN/PART NUMBER. National item identification number or part number.<br />

ORIG DATE NMC. Shows the date the item was originally NMC.<br />

QTY DUE. Quantity of items due in.<br />

ORG DATE. Date the equipment was NMC at the unit.<br />

QTY REC. Quantity of items received.<br />

DSU DATE. Date equipment was down for support level maintenance.<br />

STAT/DATE. Displays the status and date for a shipment.<br />

REMARKS. Brief description of part or reason for deadline.<br />

SHIP DATE. Shows the shipping date, if available.<br />

SUP WON. Displays the machine generated support work order number.<br />

FAULT DESCRIPTION. Identifies reason item is NMC.<br />

FAULT OPENED. Reflects the date and time the fault was entered.<br />

FAULT CLOSED. Reflects the date and time the fault was closed out.<br />
