UIC SUPPORT. Support unit UIC.<br />

UNIT NAME SUPPORT. Name of support unit.<br />

UIC CUSTOMER. Shows the UIC of the customer activity.<br />

UNIT NAME CUSTOMER. <strong>The</strong> customer unit name, the unit for whom the list is prepared.<br />

WON. <strong>The</strong> 12-position SPTWON assigned to the work order by the supporting DSU.<br />

PD. Priority Designator.<br />

SHP CD. Shop Code.<br />

BUMPER NO. Equipment bumper number.<br />

NSN ORG WON/DOC. <strong>The</strong> NSN or other identifying number of the item at support maintenance.<br />

MODEL MALFUNCTION. <strong>The</strong> model and/or the name of the item.<br />

SERIAL NO EVAC WON. <strong>The</strong> serial number of the specific item at support maintenance.<br />

QTY. <strong>The</strong> quantity of these items that were accepted for repair.<br />

NMC CAT (Not Mission Capable Category). This column has 3 entries: NMCM-M, NMCS-S, or EVAC-E. Each time there is a status<br />

change, the NMC category prints along with the date/time. This information is used by SAMS to produce the MCSR and can be used to<br />

verify NMCM and NMCS time.<br />

FROM DATE/TIME. <strong>The</strong> ordinal date (YYDDD) and time covered by the indicated NMC category.<br />

TO DATE/TIME. <strong>The</strong> ordinal date (YYDDD) and time covered by the indicated NMC category.<br />

CURRENT STATUS. <strong>The</strong> current status of the work order. Table B–21 lists these status codes.<br />
