QUALIFICIATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT OF KEY<br />
PERSONNEL<br />
i) Educational Qualification<br />
Structural Design Expert<br />
a) Essential Graduate in Civil Engineering Masters in<br />
Structural Design preferred.<br />

Experience<br />
a) Total Pr<strong>of</strong>essional Experience Min. 15 years<br />
b) Experience in <strong>Building</strong> projects Minimum 10 years in project preparation<br />
and design <strong>of</strong> <strong>Building</strong> Projects.<br />
iii) Age Limit 65 years on the date <strong>of</strong> submission <strong>of</strong><br />
proposal<br />
Note : The agency has to suggest 2 Structural design expert in the core team . Each<br />
structural design expert carries a weight <strong>of</strong> 20 points in evaluation <strong>of</strong> Personnel.
