12.3 Third stage – Evaluation of Financial proposal
Financial Proposals will be opened of all qualified consultants in accordance with clause
5.3 and 5.4 hereof. The consultancy services will be awarded to the consultant scoring
highest marks in combined evaluation of Technical and Financial proposals in
accordance with clause 5.5 hereof.
Financial proposal of all the firms who pass in technical evaluation will be opened and
award will be made based on highest score in combined evaluation of technical and
financial proposals in accordance with clause 5.5 hereof.

14.Commencement of Assignment (Date, Location): The Consultants shall commence
the services within fifteen days of the date of effectiveness of the contract at locations as
required for the project stretch stated in TOR.
