MELORHEOSTOSIS: TWO CASES REPORT<br />

Melorheostosis is a very rare disease, about one in a million. It usually occurs at<br />

tubular bone, such as hands and feet. Melorheostosis can be readily diagnosed on<br />

X-ray, with its characteristic dripping candle wax appearance and hyper-pigmentation<br />

appearing on the bone. Patient can present at any age with a variety of<br />

symptoms, including pain, limb swelling, and limitations in motion of affected limbs.<br />

There is no specific treatment for Melorheostosis. We are going to present our two<br />

cases and their treatment.<br />
