6 Matters for Consideration 6.1 The Portfolio Reports for quarter 2 2012/13 are attached at Appendix 1. 6.2 Overall performance for Q2 has been analysed and 69% of indicators exceeded their target (where set) and where comparable 64% improved on performance for the previous quarter, and 64% improved on their performance for the same period last year. 6.3 Quarterly meetings between individual Portfolio holders and the Portfolio holder for Corporate Services, Performance & Health were held in early November, providing an opportunity for discussion about progress within the Portfolio. 7. Other Relevant Considerations Human Rights Act 1998 Human rights have been considered and there are no overarching matters for concern in relation to this report.
