6 Matters for Consideration
6.1 The Portfolio Reports for quarter 2 2012/13 are attached at Appendix 1.
6.2 Overall performance for Q2 has been analysed and 69% of indicators
exceeded their target (where set) and where comparable 64% improved on
performance for the previous quarter, and 64% improved on their
performance for the same period last year.
6.3 Quarterly meetings between individual Portfolio holders and the Portfolio
holder for Corporate Services, Performance & Health were held in early
November, providing an opportunity for discussion about progress within the
Portfolio.
