To update the Cabinet Executive on the performance of each portfolio against
the priorities set out in portfolio statements during quarter 2 2012/13.
Recommendation / Recommendation to Council
That the quarterly portfolio performance reports be accepted
Reason for Decision Recommended
To enable the Cabinet to monitor performance throughout the organisation
in order to focus on the rate of improvement and monitor priorities. It is
important that areas of good performance are recognised and that
appropriate action is taken on those requiring improvements.
