DECISION
That Cabinet Executive will respond to the Scrutiny Commission in relation to
implementation of Car Park Charges report recommendation 3 - that
assurance is given for no further increases will be applied for at least two
years from the date of the current increase effective from 1 April 2012.
Reason:
The Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 places a
duty on Scrutiny to require the Cabinet Executive to consider their reports
and Cabinet Executive providing a response.
