1.1 To present the findings and recommendations of Scrutiny Commission’s
Community & Partners Working Group in relation to its review of 16 - 17 year
old Homelessness.

Recommendation
That Cabinet considers the report from Scrutiny Commission in respect of
its review on how 16 -17 homelessness is handled in the District.
That Cabinet consider and accept the recommendations set out at
paragraph 6.2 of this report and in the formal Notice of Requirements.
Reason for Decision Recommended
As set out in the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act
2007, implemented on 1 April 2009, it is the duty of the Cabinet Executive
to respond to Scrutiny reports and recommendations.
