1.1 To provide an update to Members of the Cabinet Executive on the Pavilion
Capital Investment proposals approved on 4 July 2011 (minute 63 refers).
1.2 Members are asked to approve in principle further investment.

Recommendations
That Cabinet Executive defers a decision on the Driving Range Project until
early 2013.
To approve additional capital expenditure of £25,000 for the refurbishment
of changing areas/squash courts/ancillary facilities
Reason for Decision Recommended
To allow further consideration and examination of the options for the driving
range in the light of tender prices received.
The proposals will address identified weaknesses with the current offer and
maintain the building to a proper standard.
