1.1 To seek authority to amend and combine the existing leases in relation to the
open space known as “Narborough Park”.

Recommendation to Council
That the existing lease to Narborough Parish Council be amended to
combine the areas of land as highlighted on the plan in Appendix 1 and
delegated Authority be given to the Financial Services Group Manager in
consultation with the Portfolio Holder to agree terms and conclude the legal
arrangements.
Reason for Decision Recommended
It is appropriate to amalgamate the lease agreements with Narborough
Parish Council and alter the boundary of those leases to coincide with the
replacement fencing.
