1. Purpose of Report
1.1 To inform Members of the available capital resources, the progress of the
Capital Programme 2012/13 and to gain approval for additional items to the
programme.

Recommendation to Council
That the report be accepted and that the additional capital expenditure of
£112,000 be authorised as an addition to the Capital Programme.
Reason for Decision Recommended
The additional expenditure is required to ensure resources are available to
implement the new Revenues and Benefits system with as little risk to
customers as possible. To ensure the appropriate vehicles and machinery
are provided to operational areas of the Authority.
