There are no inconsistencies with Council’s adopted Strategic Plan 2010-2015 or any other relevant Council Policy. 7.2. Developer contributions are not required. 8. CONCLUSION The proposal is for additions and alterations to the existing Surf Life Saving Club at 456 Clifton Beach Road, Clifton Beach.
