The number of traffic movements to the site reflects the attributes of the site in terms of its appeal
for sightseeing. The existing visitation to the site would assist in terms of viability of development
and would be viewed positively by potential businesses for the site.

Tenure Tenure to the property is by virtue of a Torrens title/freehold land.
We have been advised the Clarence Council intend to be granted a
long term head-lease over the site from The Crown.
Managing Authority Clarence City Council has been responsible for the management of
the reserve since 30 September 2009, when the management role
transferred from the Tasmanian Parks and Wildlife Service. 1
Tenure for Development Given ownership is held by the Crown and the strong association of
the land to the community, development on the site is most likely to
be undertaken by way of tenure via a ground (sub)lease or license.
Subdivision or sale of the land is possible but not considered
practical/likely.
Data Source Copies of the Certificate of Title and Title Plans have been obtained
from the Land Titles Office and are attached to this report.
