Vehicular access to the property is via Akuna Street which is a single lane road carrying two way
traffic.
A circular road traverses through the site and provides access to the pinnacle of the reserve where
there is on site car parking.
3.4 Transport & Infrastructure

The property has good access to major arterial roads including the Tasman Highway.
The Hobart airport is located within approximately 10 kms of the subject property.
Public transport (bus services) is available within the immediate vicinity of the subject property.
Traffic counts undertaken by the Clarence Council for the month of February 2012 indicate an
average of 192 vehicles per day currently visit the site. There are no facilities or services offered to
these visitors. The majority of visits to the site occur between 8 am and 10 pm, peaking at or
around midday.
