� $263,000 Roches Beach/Cremorne Beach dune nourishment;
� $600,000 Simmons Park upgrade (Stage 2);
� $160,000 Bellerive Beach Park Master Plan (Stage 2);
� $200,000 Richmond Oval lighting;
� $180,000 North Warrane Oval drainage;
� $150,000 Clarence Aquatic Centre pool resurfacing;
� $110,000 Sandford Oval upgrade;
� $100,000 Kangaroo Bay change rooms (Stage 3).
2.19. No new borrowings are required under the draft Estimates. Council’s total
debt at 30 June 2012 will be $1.0 million.
2.20. Council’s List of Fees and Charges (refer Attachment 3) has also been
considered during the Budget Workshops, with proposed alterations included
for Council’s consideration.
2.21. Fee adjustments are generally in line with inflation, however, 2 proposed
charges received particular attention as part of the Budget Workshop process.
Gate fees at the Mornington Park Waste Transfer Station (refer Page 35 of
Attachment 3) are proposed to increase substantially.
