Before the questionnaire was filled by the respondent the purpose of the questionnaire was explained to each of the respondent. Proper instructions were written on the questionnaire but further instructions were given to the respondents in order to fill the questionnaire properly. In order to do analysis, regression and Independent Sample T-Test were performed and for this purpose SPSS was used. Results and Discussion The objective of this study is to find out the relationship between job satisfaction and various human resource strategies like pay, promotion and training. Moreover, the level of job satisfaction between male and female employees is also investigated.
